We're having some internet access issues here, so no long post...yet. We have several in the works. I'll give you the title of one, just to whet your appetite: "The Compiled Sayings of Raj Massey, Driver and Sage Extraordinaire." I think we can all agree that we've learned a few lessons from our driver in Delhi. Like, for example, when he treated us to a lecture on marriage after learning that the three of us were single. Stroking his goatee, he said, "You should be married. This is why God made man and woman. For family." Ohhhhhhh, okay.

As far as updates are concerned:
1. The petite blonde is feeling much better, but still quite peaked. She has spent the last couple days resting at home, reading books and enjoying the monsoon clouds. Hopefully she'll be fully up and about tomorrow. She thinks the large plate of fresh french fries that she consumed at a stall just down the road today may have helped her turn the corner.

2. The distraught traveller is, even now, on line with a certain website that shall remain nameless, working again on confirming her ticket home. We're also moving steadily through the BBB complaint process and talking to travel agents here.

3. And me? I spent the day moving into my new apartment, though "apartment" doesn't really fit. It's half of an old stone house, and feels a lot like a cottage. Perfect for me, with plenty of space for books. My parents and Christina worked hard all day long with me, trying to get everything into working order. I'll try and post a few pictures soon.

Overall, the last week has been a beautiful time of beginning a new life with the support of beloved friends and my parents, who continue to show me what it looks like to love. It's moved me to tears a couple times. Surprise, surprise.
